He has participated in MPEG audio standardization since 2007 and serves as Poland's national delegate to MPEG through PKN. He is a co-author of MPEG-H 3D Audio and contributed original coding technologies that were adopted into the standard. His work combines four disciplines required to analyze MPEG Audio infringement: interpretation of the ISO/IEC specification, audio signal processing, codec implementation, and measurement of the actual device stack.
